The Ray Community Complex has received a significant investment through the Williams County Rural Community Grant Program, helping move Phase I of this transformational community project forward.
Ray has been awarded $600,000 toward Phase I of the project, including $100,000 in 2026 and $500,000 in 2027. The funding will support the construction of the first phase of the Ray Community Complex, which will feature a new track-and-field facility designed to serve students, athletes, families, and the broader Ray community.
This investment represents an important milestone in bringing the community's long-term vision to life. The new facility will provide opportunities for school athletics, youth programs, community events, and regional competitions while enhancing the quality of life for current and future residents.
